Wheels Stolen
Located around Bayview and York mills area. Another AMG down the street got its rims stolen that same night according to police. Yesterday I got home at about 2:30 a.m. parked my car on my driveway (unable to park in garage as it is full) and woke up to this.

Wheels were OEM 18's with a fresh set of Michelin PSS's all around. Picked them up last week. Not one scratch on the car. Cops came to my house and looked for fingerprints but didnt find any as they were probably wearing gloves. Atleast they mounted the cinder blocks properly on the frame.

that sucks . karma will bite them in the *** . hopefully they dropped one of the wheels on their foot or something .

Man this is messed up... Time to scour Kijiji and Craigs list the next couple of months.....
What I do with my wheels is I take off the tire and put a sticker on the inside wheel barrel or engrave my name and phone number saying "If you see this these wheels are stolen please call ***-***-****"

Insurance can probably get you a set of wheels from another store!
just show them how much tire + wheels costs (of course find the most expensive OEM store AKA stealership) and then they will usually let you get another brand and you pay the difference.

So sorry to hear about this. I had this happen to my Inifniti last year...just be thankful your car was parked in your driveway and not on the street in the Bronx...trying to figure out how the hell to get the car on a flatbed at 4am with no wheels was the worst experience of my life.

Happened to me at Oakland Airport a long time ago. I parked, went inside for a couple beers (about 45 mins), returned to collect my bags, and found my wheels/tires, custom stereo, bags, money, and music all stolen.
I know it was an inside job from the way everything was handled. Nevertheless it feels aweful when it happens to you. Makes you feel like crap.
So sorry this happened.

Wow, who ever pulled that job off must know the area since they knew there was a AMG in the garage, I cant believe know one noticed this. These guys must be crazy and could be very dangerous, I am sorry that this happened but they could have taken more, ie brake calipers or have gone in your house.

Sorry this has happened to you. You need locks. Not just a regular locks that any thief can unbolt but something like this:
