5 Things You Love About The C63
Just a fun list to appreciate the 5 things about the C63 that mean the most to you.
Here's my list:
1. Exhaust note. The cold start, even with stock exhaust seems too good to be true.
2. The front of the car, when looked at, at an angle, is aggressive and very sharp.
3. The pull from the torque between 4000-5000 rpms feels like you have F/I (albeit, a small amount of boost).
4. The free-revving nature of the engine when in Manual transmission mode. The engine just spins.
5. The steering feel (especially on P-Zeros, which I don't use anymore, but I find to offer the most detail from a tire that I have tried).
Looking forward to reading others' lists.

well, i have the coupe sooo...
1. the exhaust note is cool.
2. i love the p31 package......those red calipers are hot.
3. love the engines power. power on tap everywhere.
4. people asking about it. if they dont know what it is, i get to explain it to them. if they do know then we usually have a fun conversation cause they most likely know their cars.
5. the looks. its a sleeper but still gets some looks, especially with the red calipers. like a black widow and its red hourglass
bonus....it actually comes with a lot of luxury especially when you compare it to a mustang, camero, challenger....etc. its a little pricey to say its a good bang for the buck but its in the conversation.

@CELLryuu,
Nice list. Agree, the red calipers look hot. Also, it is cool to have a performance-oriented car when people know their cars. I just had a great conversation with an M5 owner last week.

1) Cold starts in the morning
2) The seats just hug you to no end, and looks fantastic
3) Great mix of performance and luxury. I love being able to just jump in the car and drive, and the car can take care of literally everything else for me (lights, seating, temp, wipers etc).
4) a true daily driver. Not having to worry about scraping and being able to fit 5 people in the car is a big plus (or 8 tires, which i did last weekend lol).
5) Not flat nosed like its C cousins, looks fantastic without being too "loud" about it.
My car has been on crappy tires, so it's not fair to comment on the steering, I'm waiting for to slap a set of PSS's on this bad boy and give it the beans.

My list:
1. The exhaust note is intoxicating at cold start up. Its an AMG
2. HP and torque.
3. The tight fitting seats.
4. Power to weight ratio, as compared to other AMGs
5. Aggressive look, and of course the brakes

@noodleman, good point about the difference in the nose of the C63. And I think you'll really like the PSS's. I find them to be a great tire.
@Yuille36, I forgot about the brakes. I'm glad you mentioned them in your list. They really are effective and durable!

These are somewhat specific to my car, but here you go:
1) cold start and exhaust at WOT, duh winning
2) front seats
3) power all the way through the RPMs
4) front nose is really aggressive, especially in black
5) p31 pkg and all it includes, love my calipers, alcantara wheel, CF spoiler, the extra power is welcome too
5.1) I also love my CF interior trim, it fits the car nicely, especially w/trunk spoiler in CF (wish I had the OEM CF mirrors)

only option i dont have wish i did, i have the aluminum interior and its to bright. the reason i have a c63 over one of the larger mercedes is because i like to be in a dark, small, fighter jet like cockpit and the brightness of the aluminum kind of annoys me......but not that much.

But, I feel you, I like the dark, cockpit feel to our cars.

2009 C63
I agree with the prior responses, but would add the sporty steering wheel and low volume production (I rarely see another one). Maybe those are #6 and 7.

Seriously though, imagine how loud it is to a cat, can't they hear mice walk?
I actually leave my driver door open when I do cold starts in the garage, it sounds epic

oh yes, the steering wheel is like nothing else. I compared it vs my buddy's 911 steering wheel and we both agree that the C63 Alcantara steering wheels trumps the 911's in terms of sportiness and feel.
strangely enough my area is littered with C63s...I've seen on a regular basis at least 4 or 5 rolling around my area, and it's a middle class suburb lol.

1. You don't see them everywhere. There may be a lot in some states but they're not everywhere.
2. Cold Starts.
3. Engine
4.The lunacy
5. The P31 Package.
I don't like that the AMG's Harmon/Kardon Sound system only offers 450w of power. The M3's premium sound offer 850.
