Yes. I just plugged the phone in and controlled everything through the media interface setting.
Having said that though, I noticed that it wasn't playing the album art today. It had been working fine till you mentioned it! Not sure what to do now.

I've just had a bit more of a play with the system.
My album art does come up but it only seems to be appearing for some of the albums (despite them displaying when playing through the iphone itself). In my case it might be related to how the album art is embedded/tagged with the tracks. I'll have to look into it further.
Have you tried a simple re-start (off/on) of the phone?
