Since the MHP mids are already straight piped you might wanna consider going with an X pipe. Personally I would get straight pipes in place of the resonators, or an H pipe.
No company sells just a resonator delete kit, so it would have to be a custom job.
Mine are straight piped with the MBH 2ndary cat delete X pipe and it sounds great imo.

You do not 'need' an xpipe. Simply go to an exhaust shop and he will cut out the second resonators and replace with a straight piece of pipe. Be prepared for a very loud exhaust which you may very well find tiresome over time and perhaps some drone. Alternatively you could replace resonators with an xpipe which any good exhaust shop should have sitting in the shelf. The xpipe will reduce the noise level a little bit and theoretically should yield and small increase in low down torque.

buy a magnaflow/thunderbolt or some equivalent X-pipe and have a shop weld it in

Ya, that works.
Delete the resonators and replace them with straight pipes.
It will be loud with the Akrapovic mufflers but not as loud as the OEM mufflers.
