My dealer called today and reduced the price of the 2012 C63 coupe . Trading in my 2009 GTR . Car is diamond white/red interior. Will post more after tomorrow. How much are the dealers reducing MSRP ?.

i researched this at the time of buying my coupe and the dealer mark up is somewhere in the 6-7 percent range.....so depending on options, they are charging ruffly 5-7 thousand dollars per vehicle. so, they have that much to play with. congrats on getting them to budge on the msrp. how much are they cutting off for you?

$3500.00 and fair price for my trade in. End of the month doesn't hurt

Thank you. Hope I can get a sporty ride , but not a teeth shaker. Worst ride was my M3 with SMG trans. Even my kids found it unbearable. LOL

I had an E46 M3 (with 19's) and the ride in my 2012 sedan (on 18's) is significantly better.

The ride in the C63 is not a soft pillow, as well. Hope it all works out for you, The C63 is a wonderful all around performer.

test drove the car twice. rough ride ,but compared to my GTR felt like a Caddy from the 80's

Not much of a picture poster, drove the car home from the dealership, oh my so quite, softer ride and has some pep. I think this will be an enjoyable car . White /red. Thanks all for listening.

Thanks- No problem- Trade in price was $56000.00 car had 18000 miles and tires were shot. So if I sold the car retail I would have to pay tax on the full price, but I only paid tax on the difference in price. $ 3,360 in sales tax saving. That means I would have to get $59,360.00 for the GTR to break even. Wasn't worth the trouble to get an extra $1000.00 . Final discount after some more discussion was $3560.00 and no dealer fee of $599.00.
Last day of the month didn't hurt the deal.
Only have 100 miles on car so far,but all is good. That is one great SOUNDING auto. This looks like a very active message board and thanks to all of you for your questions.
