Does Leather really delay production?
I Just put in my order for a C63 Sedan. Dealer had a production slot for January. I wanted leather seats, but when dealer put the order in for the leather seat option the computer noted that would delay the order 6 - 8 weeks as it was considered a Designo option. Reading about Designo, it seems like it isn't the dash or an individual color, just leather seats in the C63. Just wanted to know if others have run into this, and if it truly does delay production substantially.
