Thank you Hiro, to you as well. The year hasn't been easy for Japan but you seem to be doing quite well all things considered. My wife used to live in Japan with her family. Her father got an email from his former employee who wrote that 10 mins after the worst quake the mail dropped into the mailbox 
I think that tells something about the difference in mentality and work ethics (generalizing) between the West and the East.
