Just dynoed 500whp/454wtq!!!

I'm so happy and excited right now. After installing ROW airboxes, I headed back to the dyno. But this time on the way I took everyone's advice and drove it like I stole it.

Much to my surprise, she put down 500whp/454wtq SAE corrected!!! 91 octane chevron pump.

Only have my iPhone right now so graphs will have to wait until I get home.

Thanks Mike. It was really all your advice that convinced me to try that out. I really believe that alone was responsible for 20whp pickup compared to my usual baby driving.

what exactly did you do driving-wise? did you put it in S mode and stomp on it every now and then... or did you put it in M mode and put it in a low gear and step on it and then slowed down and stepped on it again?

do you need to change gears to have your car learn?

i wanted to drive a little more aggressively during my last trip to the track but i wasn't going to go like 100+mph just so my car would learn i mean business... can i just keep going from 40-80 aggressively?

S mode with lots of pedal stomps. Many high speed pulls on Freeway, then every stop light was drag race getting here.

Just beat it 1-2 shifts and 2-3 shifts beat it hard no one said to do 100+ on the roads... If not plan on taking 10 trips down the track before it learning

Tell me about it! I just need a local drag event to attend. Do I really have to make the 400 mile trip to Sacramento Raceway to get some results?!?!
