New Daily Driver: 2012 C63 AMG (Pics Included)
Having owned a silver 2008 ISF, silver 2009 GTR, white 2009 ISF, white 2011 GTR and a white 2011 BMW M3...I have had some good seat time in many desireable daily drivers. The ONLY car that I have always wanted but not had is the C63 AMG. I decided to go ahead and move the M3 last week and pick up a 2012 C63.
I didn't know how hard it was finding an "iridium silver" sedan with performance package. I will dyno mine at TX2K12 to see how much RWHP she is making. So far I LOVE the C63, I have not hammered it yet but plan on doing so soon.
The one I was able to find was already built so I had no choice on options, the ONE option I do not like is "chrome door handle inserts" and the one option I wish I had is the "lighting package". I had no clue that an $80k car does NOT come with HID's standard.
I plan to pick up some aftermarket HID's for the car. On to the pics, enjoy:

Very true, the housings will not be the same, but not much I can do...I can't believe how hard it was finding a silver P31 sedan! Who do you guys recommend for HID's, smoked corners (hate the orange) and LED type parking/driving lights?
As for the M3, it was a great car, just missed that TQ...I can't wait to lay into the C63.

Very nice. I'll be test driving one of these next week. They have a silver one in. I agree though, not crazy about the chrome door handle inserts. I will be asking about waiting times to order one, as I love black on these cars.

Well, it might be "already built", but that is a lovely car.....very similar to what we've ordered, except that ours is palladium & we have an LSD & the 19" multi spoke wheels, the wheels being standard with the P.P. in Oz.

great car and I agree with you wanting the lighting package and hating the chrome inserts. I love everything in my options package even if I don't have the P31. I guess I can make tuning upgrades later. Amazing you having all those great cars before ending up with the c63.
