The decline was the same slope as Jon's previous run. The 9.15 that I beat Jon with was on a flat road. I figured I would like to see what a 1.5% slope can do for my times. I was very happy with the results. I have about 5 more runs that was all pretty much the same time give or take a few 100th's.
Its just about doing it over and over again and finding the right slope. For a while even on that slope I was doing 9.0, 9.1's. Then I found the sweet spot in the RPM to begin my run and the timing in RPM to not hit the limiter when shifting from 3rd to 4th. Soon as I got the timing down the times flowed.
All of my runs were on 93 octane fuel. Full weight.

Sorry to highjack...
On my Vbox... For the 1/4 mile run, i don't see that option under the performance mode. Do I just enter a 1320ft distance run into it for the 1/4 or am I missing something??

I just did one of these runs, my first. Im not sure on the road, I believe it had a slight incline, but I ran 10.6 me = slow
Started in 3rd gear at around 55mph.
Im wondering how much it matters that I am 2109ft above sea level.

Start in 3rd, 40 MPH in M mode and hammer it. Takes a bit of practice to get your shifts timed right so you don't hit the rev limiter. Find yourself a slight decline. 3% is the max allowed. This run was done with 1.6% so she still has more in her if I can find the right slope.
I'm also a sea level so my DA is much better than yours for sure! 10.6 is a good time though, but I know you can get better with practice. I did about 30 pulls to get this time. I have about 6 out of the 30 in the 8's. The rest were 9.2 and below.

I didnt have my vbox on record unfortunately
Im pretty sure I was on a slight incline too.. hard to find a nice road around here.. Snow just hit the ground so I wont be attempting another one soon
The car definitely pulls harder with the headers and tune, that's for sure.
