C63 VIN Decode

Hello everyone, first post but have been snooping around trying to learn.
Current owner of an 2010 S4 but going to look at a Canadian 2012 C63 sedan this weekend.
The car is located at an independent dealer so information is lacking. I was looking to see if I could get some help decoding the VIN. The dealer says the vehicle has the P31 package but I’m unsure. I called my local MB dealer and they weren't any help.
Also wondering if this vehicle would be affected by the head bolt issue? Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it.

Looks like it has every single available option spec'd out, 0 options missing. Canadian car.
But I assume the engine is in the effected zone. Could you pull the data card for me?
