I went ahead and signed on for that service, it is free for one full year. It gives you so much information and you can break down the parts to the individual component, get the OEM part number, basically you have the entire parts catalog at your fingertips. Very useful if looking for something specific then compare prices.
Joe, you are indeed the man!!

I second that, based on the information provided here by the datacards, I based my purchase of a used 2011 C63 (4 days ago) mostly on the information provided on the datacard. I will say that some used car dealers are advertising options, that per the datacard, are not installed on that car from factory. Very scary that someone would purchase a car and not get what they thought they were 1st option I looked for, P30, then 471 after that, everything else fell in place. Got the car I wanted, a newer one, for the price of an 09/10 with the options I wanted and more. The only sad part is I don't get to drive it for a few more months until I get back stateside. It is being delivered to my brother's house later on this week.

P30 is the AMG performance packag for the 08/09 models, added the LSD, suspension setup, extra bump in HP, etc.
from '10 and on, the P30 was replaced by P31, but the LSD (471) became a stand alone option.

Hello Joe. Great service you are offering for the forum members here! I as well am interested to see what my VIN report is. I have 2010 and have been looking for a way to find out if the engine will need new head bolts. Interested to see what it says about my options since I've found a few things on the car that look dealer installed. Thanks in advance. VIN: WDDGF7HB4AF441310

The thread is all about the head bolt issues and users wanting datacards for particular cars. You can either subscribe to EPC or post your VIN and I will attach your Datacard in a reply. The Datacard lists the engine number.
