Hello Knowledgeable Members,
does anyone know what the W204 C63 AMG build codes “22P - Track Package” and “23P - Drivers Package” actually entail as an option. For clarity is the “Track Package” an actual performance option (better suspension etc...) or is it a safe option (lane changing assist etc...)

and i dont think it has to do with lane assist etc as those have different codes
From I know, the 22P Track Pace is a lap timer that uses a GPS (but not really) built into the speedometer cluster area.
My last car had it, on the speedo area in the digital display you could scroll to the left and an AMG optioned are would show up that would show your gear in a larger display as well as what mode (C, S, S+, M) you were in .... having said that if you pushed up a lap timer for track was available.
you would manually press start if you were on a track and when you came back around to the same location the GPS sensor would realize your position (I'm guessing based on navigation) and Reset the timer for your next lap and you could find your best time
never worked for me though, I would have to manually hit it as I entered the turn. I think it because most of the tracks I visited were 2 miles or less. (Barber Motorsports, and Atlanta Motorsports Park)

a lot of the data cards say track package, some say lane tracking package, it has nothing to do with racetrack anything though.

Hi im not sure if you still do this but i recently purchased a 2009 model with 36,000km on it. MB were unable to provide much data on it apart from helping to sort of verify the mileage and to see if the headbolts were ever changed or if it was affected.
If so my vin is WDD2040772F364732.
