Not sure if this is a problem

Lately i notice the sides of my rear bumpers ( spot behind both rear wheels) are constantly dirty. Its quite normal since i know when i rip it the exhaust does that. However, I been driving slow and still the same. And i notice there is wet spot under the trunk area in my garage every morning. Do you think there is a problem? I m thinking of contacting benz about it, but wanted to post first for opinions.

Does the wet spot seem to be condensation or vehicle fluid (smell, slick). My car is black, so don't see discoloration on bumper. My car seems to run rich (soot on exhaust tips) so probably the same.

Yea everyday during the cold start, I warm it up inside for 3 min. That could be the cause of the puddle of water under the trunk area? Didn't happen before just lately. I'm not sure I'd it's water I think not 100% sure cuz didn't check it yet.
