My New 2012 c63 Coupe - First Pics
Just wanted to share the first pics taken by my dealer of my 2012 c63 coupe. The car just arrived from the port in Baltimore to my dealer in North Olmsted. The car will be checked out this week, have the wheels painted, and install an integrated passport 9500ci radar and laser detector and be shipped with my wife's new e63 wagon (the wagon is getting the same treatment and is expected from the LA port to North Olmsted tomorrow) to us in NY next Saturday.
Cannot wait!

Looks great.... I was out in a storm in the car a couple of days back and was going to take a photo but it was snowing too hard. Car handled very well with the Blizzak LM-60 on it. Much better than my M3 did with Michelin Alpin PA3 tires... although I attribute that better performance to the tires.

Thanks everyone for the kind words and well wishes. Really excited to finally get to have it in my hands this weekend. Will be sure to post more pictures after I take delivery.

Nice Wagon !
A couple of things I would consider doing is paint the front markers or replace with smoked lenses and replace the star on the hood with a MB emblem that sits flat in the hood.
Enjoy the beast.

Thank you! I am actually thinking about the flat badge. How does one take the star out and refasten the new one, anyways?

On mine if I look at the underside of the hood there is a hole cutout and I can see the bottom of the badge. I push in a tab on the drivers side toward the centre and push up. When the tab clears the metal on the hood it is free to be removed through the top of the hood. To replace it you just push down and it snaps into place. The star my be attach differently but should still be fairly easy to remove.

Finally got the car today. Unfortunately mother nature seems to hate me by bringing snow for the first time this season on the same day I get my delivery. Two photos right after the car was unloaded from the container. Car was delivered just outside the Lincoln Tunnel because the driver couldn't get the container through the city streets with the snow build up (closed container was about 50 feet and needs more to unload the cars). Drove the car home about 20 blocks and I am impressed. Can't wait to see what this car can do when the weather clears up. Photo does not do the color justice, if anyone is thinking about a black car, I strongly suggest you take a look at Magnetite black, it's really nice in my opinion.
