ISSUE AFTER UPGRADE to NTG4 V9.0 A204827835994
Hi all,
I have updated my NTG4 system on C63 AMG(w204) with this version A204827835994.
Update is done but now the system boot and boot again, mercedes logo then the usual warning message then reboot, mercedes logo....
Please help !

Hi Jeff,
Thanks but how to reinstall the melco update, I cannot eject any discs.
I have read some posts that a guy have change the comand ! I cannot beleive that a software map update crash the comand.

When the update is "Complete", the disc will eject by itself. Sounds like you had a bad install, probably due to the system timing itself out due to the engine not running. Have you tried to go to the system menu and rebooting your whole command? You can always take it back to the dealership where you bought your navi disk and have them trouble shoot it for you.

Let me summarize it for you.
1) He bought the newest version of the map updates for the navigation system.
2) He installed it but it's screwed up now.
3) I told him to bring it back to the dealership if he can't reset the command unit and restart the installation again.

Answer from MB Dealer : " We have to change the COMAND system because you have updated the nav without installing some intermediary version !".
My answer is : "When you buy a new Windows or MAC OS X version, microsoft or Apple do not ask you to buy all the intermediary version but Mercedes yes otherwise you have to change your computer after a software crash! "
With one CD you can crash the Mercedes COMAND system !
