However, from the ad, conquest cash requires you to show registration or insurance card for a vehicle from Audi, Acura, BMW, Cadillac, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, Lexus, Lincoln, Range/Land Rover, Volkswagen, or Volvo. There is no requirement to trade in the car. On clarification, the ad does say "up to $4000" and found that C-class only qualifies for $1000.
The "up to 4 payment offer"
February 1 through February 29, 2012, eligible C, E, GLK, CLK, SLK, M (excludes ML450H), R, S, CL, SL, CLS, GL, and G-Class customers with a First Class Lease or Walkaway Balloon Contract are eligible for Loyalty Accellerator benefits in conjunction with the lease or finance of any new 2011 or 2012 Mercedes-Benz vehicle through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Excludes SLS-Class, Sprinter and smart models. Certain exclusions apply.
Loyalty cash rebate - $2000
Confirm with dealer but owning a previous Mercedes qualifies (may be year restrictions)
Hope that helps.

I guess to answer your question, the MBFS payment help can be combined with either USAA or Conquest.
Hope this helps.

Current USAA incentive is right at invoice. ($1,500 above invoice with a $1,500 incentive from USAA) In January it came out to $1000 below invoice. Apparently, cannot be combined with conquest.
MSRP - 1500 (USAA).
The lease I was quoted was:
money factor .00275 (APR of 6.6)
Residual of 48189 (cap cost of 78,815)
3 yr/10k miles per year.
1500 down. 1300/month.
I've never leased, but it seems high. Probably just finance.
