Rear axle oil
What oil should I use in rear axle? 75W90 or 75W140
I've installed Quaife LSD, and my car has Weistec supercharger (650hp)
Is thicker viscosity has better load protection for the gears?
Our weather is 75 deg F all year long (no winter)

I think thicker oil protects a bit less than thin oil because it penetrates less. I used MB diff oil when i did my Quaife install and i don't know what it is. Maybe you should do the same.

I would have disagreed on the Castrol you bought and said it should have been SAF-XJ. But then I found this:
The last time I bought the SAF-XJ was at a BMW dealer who sold it for half anywhere else if you brought your own container. They would pump it from the 55 gallon drum.
