is the p31 Package the same in the USA as in Canada?
The P31 package focuses on power, going beyond the now-defunct AMG Performance pack by adding the connecting rods, pistons, and crankshaft from the SLS’s version of this engine and retunes the engine-management system
No where does it say that on my Canadian c63 coupe with the p31..
im guessing its the same thing in Canada?

In Canada it's called APX not P31.
APX is basically P30 and P31 in one package.
Canada gets.....

I still don't get the limited -slip rear differential..are those LSD installed for rear from the factory? will it be the same if I order from the dealer and get it installed? Normally how much will cost in Canada? I know that US is about $3000? I just searched some old post and found someone had discussed it before
