I painted the stock rims leaving just the polished lips.

Yeah I just figured it would look nice keeping the polished sections, it pops more too with the black against polished alumnium.

I'm not sure, I brought them to someone who professionally painted them, I'm assuming it was just an auto paint, and then I know there is a couple coats of clear.
