When did Race Start become available? Suspension adjustable? How to tell if P31?
I've searched and can't find when did "Race Start" or "Launch Control" become available? I see that from 2011 to 2012, the "knob setting" changes from a "button" on the center console to a "knob". I only see the 2012 model as having an "RS" on the knob. Is race start available in 2011 models? Or was it always available since 2008?
Also, I'm just double checking... just because you are in "Comfort" mode vs. "Sport" mode DOES NOT change the shock/suspension settings, right? i.e.- the C63 does not have an adjustable suspension like the E90 M3?
Lastly, in the 2012 model, you can visually tell that the car has the P31 "AMG Development Package" if it has red brake calipers, a carbon fiber trunk spoiler and the AMG steering wheel. How do you VISUALLY tell from the other model years?

1) Race start became available on the C63 in 2012 when they put the MCT transmission into it.
2) C63 does not have an adjustable suspension with the "knob" it changes how the transmission reacts (shift faster holds a gear longer etc)
3) Yes and also the titanium colored (dark grey) intake runners and 2 piece front rotors.
