I think for those of you who want a decent gain, without all the noise, Short tube Headers is what you should get.
LTH are very loud, I would love to have them, but after I heard a car with LTH I decided it wasn't for me, These were for my 2010 C63, I never installed them because I was never in town. I saved them for my 2012, but then I moved to LA and the car and Headers were sitting around in Chicago, now that I've come back to Chicago, I traded my C63 sedan for a 2012 C63 Black Series and I no longer need them.
You'll see a decent gain, nothing crazy significant, but I think the PLM's are good. They were going to be on my sedan if I didn't get the black series.
