I got my unit yesterday. I received all the tune files within an hour after I send them the downloaded file from my car. +1 for OE Tuning.

Jeremy, i emailed my fpf file from the initial reading yesterday. When do you think I'll get the files back?

EZ Loader was held up in customs here in Sweden for almost two weeks so im really eager to get started.

All files were sent back same day as we received them. Sorry for the late reply. I am in Australia custom tuning.

If I already have a tune, will your tuner remove and store the current tune and return my ECU back to factory settings. Or would I need the dealer to restore the ECU to factory and then add your tune. Hope this is clear. Bought my car with a tune already installed. I would like the ability to restore factory settings.

Returning to stock is not a problem with the flash loader. You do not need to visit the dealer first. If the tune is not an OE Tuning tune we will need the ECU to be sent in if you want to keep the existing tune on the flash loader.

Does this product work with Australian Vehicles?

Got the OE tune for my P31 C63. Very happy with it. Jeremy is great to deal with. Prompt and responsive!

Will this work on a 2013? EC tried and couldn't get the flash loader to work because the software was to new...

Mine is a 2012 (MCT). No issues.

I got mine done when Jeremy was in Melbourne, very happy with the results! He is a nice guy to deal with and very helpful, highly recommended!

Just got OE tuned! It's just amazing how the tune opens up the beast! They have amazing service as well. Josh, from OE tune, came all the way down to riverside to get my car tuned! They replied emails extremely fast!!!! Feel a lot more power after the tune and it really makes a huge huge different than stock! throttle response improves as well! JUST AMAZING. They also helped me to order the AFE air filters and it arrived the other day! Got the flash loader as well! Easy to use!Everything that suggested by OE tune and the tune by itself are just AMAZING.
Overall impression: perfect servicing, knowledgeable guys and amazing tune.

If you are looking for a tune, I would highly recommend you to go for OE! This is one of the happiest mods I have done so far. Sorry for the bad engling but NO REGRET! Worth the bucks!

Just for what it's worth... I have had the OE Tune and was happy with it until I got updated from Mercedes and then reached out to Jeremy to get guidance on what to do next, applied the OE file and it overwrote the fix AMG had put in for me... now it's been a week that I have emailed and called many times to Jeremy and he has not provided the support that I was led to believe he would... basically my car is at the dealer with the dealer wondering what happened to the ECU.


Jeremy, I ask that you return my many calls and try to sort this out. I don't like to post things on the forums but I had no other choice.


We shall wait and see if OE helps their customer "POST" sales.

I called Jeremy many times over the past week including twice today... No response.

I don't want to give you bad impressions about OE just because of my bad experience with Jeremy. I'm sure he's a good guy at heart. As for my situation, it's not good at the moment. My car has been in the AMG dealer for over 7 days.


My GT-R has been tuned from day 1 (not by OE of course) and I've never had problems of this kind with tuners with any of my cars and I've had quiet a few.


I hope OE responds here and helps me so this issue can be cleared out.

Wat? The dealer can't hold you're car hostage...tell them you tuned the ECU...Or is it a finance? My dealer knows my car is tuned but I also own my car out 100% so I doubt they care really. Also never even had them "tune" back my ECU...always comes back with the tune file still on it.
