Weistec SLS Engine Build, Pictures Inside!
Hey guys,
We have built a good amount of M156/M159 SLS engines and have had a few request for build photos. This same engine build is the foundation for a larger horsepower SLS package that we will be releasing soon. Also installed are one of the first few sets of M159 CNC ported heads we have released. We will be updating our website with details in the near future.
As many know the M159 shares the same foundation as the M156, all of our upgraded internal parts are compatible.

CNCed intake ports, ceramic pistons, Weistec ARP heat studs.
Weistec Forged Rods, with ARP 2000 hardware.
CNC exhaust port, Dry sump installation.
SLS Valve Buckets, ready for cam install.
Going back in the car.

Off topic, but after seeing those lifters reminded me.
Does benz or weistec offer a different hydraulic lifter for the M156? I am getting lifter noise at start up occasionally.
