2013 edition 1?
Has anyone heard about color options for the edition 1 2013s? i am on the verge of ordering a 2013 coupe but I want to make sure I can get it white matte. i was just at a performance center and they weren't sure. I have the dealer ordering guide but it doesnt go into that level of detail at all.
also, I was wondering, how has the alcantra steering wheel trim held up?
edit: i guess I should have asked: will this even be available for 2013? i just sent an email to their sales manager. he said he would forward it to MBUSA to find out for me

^ How can the dealer order you a car, and not know the color options??? I mean, that's part of the order? You shouldn't be able to order one without specifying a color. Well, you could reserve a slot, but at some point they have to give you the details.

First q, are you sure the edition 1 is an orderable trim for 2013? Wasn't aware it was being continued. People have ordered 2013's, some have even been built, so this information should've available from the dealer or someone here who ordered, if the e1 is in fact being produced.

hmm, i am not, you may be right. i have only read allusions to the existence of the 2013 edition 1 offering but no definitive announcement. when i here back from the sales mgr i asked, i will update.
