2007 S63 wannabe in Miami lol! The biggest poser I ran into!
I took my car to the dealership this morning to diagnose issues I was having with with the a/c. After diagnosing my issues, they said that I need a new compressor, so I took it to a trusted shop to get a 2nd opinion and confirm with them... and they confirmed... I need a new compressor lol
Anyways, while I was at this shop, I saw this S63... and I was like nice wrap.... then I noticed the brakes and I was like why are they so small, that's weird... First I thought it was because they were aftermarket or something. I didn't really pay attention. When the mechanic opened the hood (he didn't mean to show me that the car was a fake S63), I saw the engine and concluded that this car was a joke lol. It's a stupid 550 from 2007. The guy had everything replaced lol bumpers, exhaust tips, fake badged, 2012 lights etc lol..
I thought maybe you guys would get a good laugh from this too lol
Seriously that's horrible. I don't understand people who have the ***** to do that kind of shït.

2012 C63 AMG
Someone who lives around my area drives a 4 door early 2000's C class. It has the badging "CLK 320 Kompressor" . I have also spotted a newer C with CLS 300 badges... Not to mention the idiot I overheard talking about how fast his AMG tuned E-350...

2 days ago, I was at the beach stuck in traffic and saw in my rear mirror what seemed to be a grey C63. I waited for him on the causeway hoping that we'll have some fun. When he finally got next to me it was a C300 with a C63 hood, headlights grille etc.. He also had 20' ugly chrome rims.... Made me waste 15 min waiting for his stupid âss lol

Where do you live? I had a client that had a car like this, she actually had no clue that her car wasn't a CLK she bought it used lol poor girl thought she got a CLK.

when i was in ft lauderdale, the dealer there had a e550 that was preowned, and had been rebadged
i went for a test drive, and i hadnt noticed it until i got it in and going, and was like wtf, gave the dealer sales guy a bunch of ish, he was pretty embarrased

no offense to anyone here.... Merc AMG / BMW M / Audi RS or S owners worldwide are a lucky bunch to own top of the line cars from that particular marque.
True story happened to my friend here in Singapore...
He drives a Xmas 2011 registered F10 M5 and 2 months back had a F10 528i (4 cylinder turbo engine) with M sports body kit car owner ask him at the traffic lights where he got his car modified....ROFL......
He is now trying to sell his M5.....

That S-class does not have the S63 AMG front bumper.
It's just an AMG Styling bumper.
BTW you get used to these things when you spend some time in Germany - almost every S63 AMG is a S320 Diesel (at least in Berlin)

Mercedes ML350, Mercedes C63 AMG
Here in the Netherlands there are more fakes than real C63/E63/S63's drivign around. You can get the C63 look for around 3000 euro's on a standard C class. Most put on the C63 badges aswell but forget that ofcourse the hood and brakes are different. Hard to spot the difference for most people.

Badge envy, I'm fine with it as long as they aren't so foolish to tell people they have an real AMG engine under the hood. It's similar to some guys that wear fake high end watches such as Rolex's and Patek Philippe's and claiming that it's the real thing.
