Its like sticking a Brabus Bullit kit on a standard C-Class without the V12.
I might be a bit biased on this topic however
Looks good for the moment. Def. not as great as the Coupe but still good.
What materials are they using for final product ?

They need to reroute the exhaust, change the wheels, etc or it looks bad IMO. If this is the finished product (other than painting), it will be very blah. Hopefully when they finish it better than it is at the moment. A bit poseur'ish too but that is subjectve.

I believe we are going to see more and more wide body sedans in the near future. Using oem BS panels to get there rather than carving up the existing fenders and patching with a bucket of Bondo seems a reasonable approach to me. Once this car is painted, fitted with new wheels and the exhaust is done, it will look epic in my opinion. I could not care less if it resembles the BS in 4 door fashion, the rear fenders on the BS look a lot like my son's Nismo but I don't think the BS is a Nissan. MB produces the C63 with anemic fender flares that won't allow proper tires in relation to the power produced. Any way one chooses to correct this is fine by me. The comment about the Brabus without the V12 is irrelevent as this car may well receive headers and a tune and thus more than a match for a stock BS on the street. The term "poser" has no basis in this conversation imho.

I think it's gonna look awesome...pretty much everyone wanted a a nice factory looking wide-body for the C63, ever since I started coming to this forum, so using these factory style panels is an awesome solution....
It should have always been designed with flared rear fenders to put some real meats back there ala....
Obviously they're going to re-route the exhaust, since the oval tips on the stock C63 dont fit through the opening for the squared BS tips.....
Can't wait until they do a wagon too!

So you think a tuned sedan equals a stock BS ??? Wah... world is not all about straight line..... I see you track your car a lot so I don't understand this type of comment :/
I didnt use the poser term as I think the owner deserve respect being a test mule. Poser would use the BS badge

with all due respect, WHY NOT? Give me one single good reason why not? It will look amazing and just because you dont have the guts to do it doesnt mean it shouldnt be done. Personally I think this will be the best looking sedan once it is finished. None will come even close to it in terms of looks. A lot more people would buy BS if they made it a four door version as well.

But to each his own !! For sure a lot of people would buy a BS Sedan but how many would need the diff. lock , the bigger tires , the extra cooling , the sharpened steering wheel etc...... Would they buy the car only for the look of it ?
That being said , I agree that this car should be the best looking sedan if made correctly with appropriate materials.
