JL-Motoring ?

Anyone ever have to return good to them because they are damaged? or don't fit ? I am trying to reach them and they do not have a phone # nor do they respond to my e-mail that requires a quick repsonce because my car is in the body shop !

I tried 2 years ago. They never replied my email about returning their products. They replied me only when I was interested in purchasing the items.

Yep. I tried contact for purchasing one of their diffuser, they never reply at all....

they always replied to my email inquiries. i never bought anything from them, though, so dont have any product return experiences to share.

I have ordered 2(two) different shipments from them. 4(four) pieces in all, with a 5(five) month gap in between the orders. I have had no issues contacting them or in getting a response. All products were as advertised and fir great. I was kind of shocked hearing this. I have ZERO connections to them, other than being a customer.

Not sure what to tell you. Just wanted to give you my experience with them. Sorry, that sucks!

I was contacted by them today and they are making good on all issues! If I have to say anything bad about the situation is that no one has a phone number to actually speak with someone. So when I'm in a urgent spot, like this I am un able to get to a fast resolution. But I will stand up and say they are stand up guys!

Their Carlson front diffuser doesn't fit by 1/2" and has stress fractures and one of the carbon side vents is cracked also!

Jame's a great guy. I bought a lot of CF stuff from him. Some of JL products fit perfect, while others may not. For me, any time I address such issue about flaws, he'd take care of me. I can't ask for more. Sorry to hear about others' complaints about their customer service. Just give him some time to reply to you is all I can say.

Interesting that i stumbled across this post while googling JL-Motoring..I recently purchased a Carbon Fiber Diffuser from JL for my CL550 to accomadate a Mesiterschaft exhasut..and the Diffuser doesn't fit.
It's approx 1 inch too small ( Width wise).
I sent them an email requested an RMA..I find odd they don't have a phone number.

Told Everyone that I would update this as it went along. Well the date has past where paypal can do anything anf the parts went back to JL " JAMES" and now I can not get a response from him on the status of my replacement parts. I have sent more than 4 emails over the last 2 weeks.....is this guy f**king with me or what? if someone knows who this "James" is maybe you could but a bee up his but for me before I completely distroy his integrity on this site.

It seems to be a trend in this business. Everyone I have dealt with with the exception of Weistec has slacked off with their customer service. I'm currently dealing with a shop that doesn't bother to call me back and I am looking to give them money for DIY stuff. What's the matter with shops these days?
