2013 C63 AMG
Not too much attention in the Bay Area. As many have said about other places, there are just too many C classes and other nice luxury cars driving around in San Francisco/East Bay. If I were to take my C63 back to Boise, ID where I grew up, I imagine it'd be another story altogether. Just a regular C class there is pretty rare.

Since having that car for 3years now it looks like a 335i. No one wouldn't even notice that the fenders on the M3 is flared out more then the regular 3 series.

Hmm..same here. Only got complaments 2 times so far since I got it. Both of them female. Lol. But yea I think it looks too much like a regular c class. Mines a 2013. I got a lot of attention for my 2009 M3. Most of them guys. Since having that car for 3years now it looks like a 335i. btw, we also gotta remember that a stock c63 to the untrained eye doesnt look too different than a normal c class. The semi sleeper ability is part reason for me liking the c63 in the first place. If i wanted a look at me car, i would've got something else. However, a little attention doesnt hurt of course

yes..the magno paint attracts a lot of attention...i've had everything mentioned above...waves, thumbs up, people pulling up beside me and rolling down their window to ask questions, pics etc. etc.

I only had the car for a month, and so far I received a thumbs up from three teens on a BMW 528. I downshifted to let them hear the AMG roar. They thank me later for that. Also, my co-workers only have praises when I carry them at lunchtime, calling "shotgun" whenever possible.
Today I had to go to the tire shop, a TPMS warning appeared on the dashboard. When it was being checked, 3 guys (much older than me, like on their 50's) were staring at the car, even looking the exhaust from behind when the car was lifted. I love the duality of this ride: Only the enthusiasts can tell the difference between a normal C Class and this one. Cops can't identify it as a speed monster (unless I unleash the beast, that is).
My mom will see the car this Friday for the first time, she is coming to town. I want to scare her a little (the most powerful car she drove was a Sentra).

i was at a stoplight and this guy in his 60's or 70's gives me the thumbs up, i roll down my window and he says how you like it? i said i love it. and he says how you like the gas? and i laughed lol. im from hawaii

I got pulled over by the police once only to be told they wanted to look at the car closer as the driver really liked it. I often get photos of it and people winding down their windows at lights asking about the mods or to floor it so they can hear the sound of the exhaust.

It's true in my experience. Only guys seems to recognize the car for what it is, women just think it's another c class. Real chick magnets are the cars that look very different from anything else on the road and aren't associated with a recognizable company.

C63 Coupe Edition 1
My Edition 1 Coupe gets tons of attention. I've had people at gas stations and parking lots comment on it, quite a few people give thumbs up on the road and highway, I've had a city bus driver ask me to rev the engine at a red light but the best was Tommy Kendall mentioned the great looking Edition 1's in the parking lot at last Friday's AMG Acedemy day. If it can turn the heads of Mercedes people and pro drivers then you know it gets attention!

There are plenty of exotics around me and new MBZ's, BMW's, Jags, etc. are a dime a dozen.
Despite that, people still notice my car. Every so often there will be a European car full of guys behind me that are going crazy, pointing at my car. They usually honk or rev and ask me to gun it off the light.
Couples times at gas stations a girl (or two) will comment about how much they would like a ride. Married, no can do. An older woman in a C sedan said that once also. I couldn't tell if she was hitting on me also, or genuinely wanted a ride.
