Saw this on Jalopnik last month. Any scientific reason why a blow out doesn't happen every time someone cut into a fully inflated tire? I would think it would given the pressure.

i would imagine it would depend on various factors, such as size of tire, condition of tire, thickness of tire, how inflated the tire is, and maybe even sharpness of the knife.

That truck looked a military vehicle of some sort. Based on the looks of the tires, it must have really high PSI.

Someone was saying it was a armored $$ delivery truck.

Whatever it is, that was a lot of air and well over 100PSI.
