I got it after contacting "ambit" and below are links to the videos he sent me. "Ambit" updates them from time to time. According to "ambit," do not use SanDisk with this camera. I bought Kingston from neweggs.com and everything has been working well. By the way, you might want to attach a small piece of adhesive (I simply used that small piece of tape attached to its screen protector) to the end of the MicroSD to make it easier to pull the MicroSD out. Otherwise, it will just become lodged deeper if you press on it because it will not eject when you press on it.

I mount it right at the top of the windshield next to the rear view mirror area on the passenger side. It's actually quite slim IMO. I don't even see it when driving. I have already forgotten it's even there most of the time. If you like, I can put up the exact dimension.

This is why I've been running a dashcam now too. I got the Blackvue 400HD from Korea and it's been treating me well. Good investment and great to prevent insurance fraud.

We should do a group buy for www.blackboxmycar.com. I saw a couple of reviews done by board members here, and it seems like it's the best choice! The price is on the steep end, but if it works perfectly, I wouldn't mind spending a bit more. I see them selling it for $330 for CR300HD-16GB and CR300HD + Power Kit for $380 on their website.
Disclaimer: This camera, even the 400HD model that I have, is not good in direct sunlight, and the 400 model in particular, has overheating issues that could degrade video quality in the long run if not properly maintained.
