Dunno, I think I like the stockers better.. More aggressive.
If you search through my wheel posts, you'll see that I struggled with the exact same thing, the stockers looks perfect. It's too bad the rears weren't 19x10 to fit the 295's properly.

Now that I'm looking at the setup, I think you can fit 275 fronts and 305 rears on the stock offset. It's a really tight fit, and the 305's are a little bit taller than the 295's, so it's pretty borderline if it will rub or not. Not worried about the front at all, shouldn't be an issue going with 275 or even 285.
Yea, my car. Why not 20's? Potholes haha. I drive pretty aggressive on the street, and 20's around a corner with a fresh pothole would be instant disaster.
