Canadian CPO explained
Lately I had many inquiries from people having CPO warranty about various issues on their vehicles. While I am always happy to help, CPO warranty is provided by MB Canada and any warranty repairs must be performed by corporate or franchised MB dealerships (do not ask, too much politics here).
We have no way of answering questions such as "is this covered ?" or "can I repair the vehicle somewhere else ?". My suggestion is to go to MB dealership first and MAKE SURE they do not charge you for any diagnostics for CPO car. If, for some reason, it is not covered by the warranty, give me a call and we will see what can be done.
Once again, post is related to Canadian, not US or other markets.
Thanks,
Igor.
