Rattles with less than 200 miles on BS
had my BS for 2 months now its got just under 180 miles on it , the dash by the driver side begins to rattle.
I have a rattle in the back of my car, it's the 3rd brake light rattling against the rear window.
I also hear a clicking/popping rattle,it sounds like taking a nickel and tapping it against metal under the passenger seat

Sounds about right. Sorry to break the truth to you but these cars rattle a lot. Search other threads. Your warranty covers all of this, but be careful if you pursue the dash rattle. I've only heard horro stories about it getting worse. Dashes aren't meant to be taken apart.

does anyone have a c63 that DOESN'T rattle?
i have the dash rattle and another one near the base of the windshield on the drivers side. it used to bother me a lot given the price of the car but i have since tuned it out. id rather have a couple minor rattles than have a mb tech make it worse with weeks of downtime

My car had the same issue with the brake light. It was an easy fix. An additional rattle developed in the parcel shelf (in lieu of rear seats) which apparently was not designed like later models. That is being addressed as we speak.

The stiff suspension probably doesn't help, but it's sad that even the CBS rattles. MB wanted it to keep some of its c class heritage, I guess...

I think the updated interior is worse for rattles than per-2012 cars. It is enough of N annoyance to make one think about other brands sometimes. Every car can make noise but this is extreme. Luckily, my dealer has fixed mine.

I have very minor little jiggles coming from the doors, they seam to get worse after I do some hard cornering, I feel as if the cornering forces loosen up the body. My major problem is the sunroof. It pops very very loudly almost every time I drive on an inclined driveway side ways. It sounds as if someone threw a rock at the glass. This car does not have a very rigid chassis. I'm thinking about getting strut tower braces to stiffen things up.

I'm shocked to hear this. "Shocked" makes me sound like a Mrs Featherbottom or something, but that's really surprising.
I've never owned a Mercedes but am seriously looking at a C63BS. Part of the reason is that I have a 7 year old M3 modded to the hilt and I'm turning 40 and I just want something a little more gentleman like. The M3 is loud, but it doesn't have any rattles. Rattles drive me mad.
Is Mercedes really known for having more rattles than BMW or Audi?
