Are you going with an aftermarket wheels or stick to what you have now? If aftermarket what size and brand?

That's pretty normal if there's humidity and the car doesn't move for weeks. One time on the brakes cleans it right up.

Would the cost be same if you just got a C63 black series from a dealer? Take into consideration parts, tax, shipping, installation, molding, paint, etc

I am thinking about going for the Matte white... but still not 100% sure...
I am going for the MBH LTH, with MBH X-pipes, I will keep the OEM resonator and Akra slip on...
