2012 C63 AMG coupe conversion to black series
Here is an update on the build.. I was out of town for a while and the shop was waiting for some parts to finish. If all goes well, the car will be ready by the end of the week ....
. At the moment they are installing the Kw V3 suspensions and some other parts (catch can, new thermostat..). They also are finishing the inside of the car with a new steering wheel and some new carbon part.....

Not to be picky but for a bs conversion I would have expected the mechanical side to be changed as well (i.e. engine, electronics, rear end) otherwise it is just a poser. Is a track package being installed as well? Relatively speaking, installing body parts is the easy part.

I dont think the idea here is to "pose" as a BS, the idea is, hey, the BS body is without a doubt the best looking "body kit" available for a C63. For what its worth, from my perspective, the wheels too. The look of the BS is essentially the perfect "modified" C63. OP wanted it, couldnt get a BS, so said heck with it, I'll just make mine look as hot and mod it from a performance perspective while I'm at it.

Just to clarify, I could be mixing him up with someone else, but I recall someone posting about wanting a BS but not being able to get one, so they finagled a deal with the dealer to get all the body parts at a substantial discount. Thinking this is that guy (where I got the "wanted a BS" from) but maybe wrong, wouldnt be the first time!
