Performance Studio C63
Found this green C63 coupe in Japan.
Dealer said that with Performance Studio you can make 100% orginal C63. Color, exhaust, seat, etc. You can make the only one in world C63. You can even put you name on seat, dash, etc.
This green one is the first Performance Studio car in Japan but the cost of is 17,500,000 yen (173,267 USD). Expensive. But it really looked nice!!

I can't say that I like this particular performance studio creation, but I really do like the AMG crest embossed onto the headrest. Now I'm curious as to how I would be able to send my headrest to the performance studio to have this done for my BS.

This is true....performance studio will literally do anything you want. Lots of customers build completely one off cars and demand that no one but the team of techs lays eyes on their cars during build, so they assign them specific rooms. Apparently common for the middle east big boys, their #1 interest is having something no one else has or has ever seen. People aren't allowed in to take pictures or anything...no one sees until the guy gets there and takes delivery of the car. Major, major cash but its true "anything is possible."

Yeah, we have it really really good here in the US. We can drive cars that a lot of people can only dream about in other countries! India imposes a huge duty (100%+) on imported cars. Even then, $190k for a base C63 is crazy! And good luck finding decent roads to drive that $200k C63!

That is definitely a color you don't see often. Can't say i'm green with envy though. lol
Do you know if the Performance Studio can retrofit engines too or are they pretty much just aesthetics/cosmetics only?
Maybe they can put an SLS BS engine into a normal regular C63?

With dry sump plumbing etc, it would not be easy.

I'm in Australia and would like to buy a C63 BLACK Series. But there are none available, even second hand!
This is why I am considering the 507. Should be around the $175k mark after negotiation. Dealer is already taking deposits. Can make contract subject to test drive once one lands and if I don't like it no worries.
But I want to be able to choose my interior colour and trim combo without having to pay extra for the designo option. If white and black leather is the only combo with gloss black trim available then I may have to just wait until there is something better to spend my cash on (I had ivory leather in a BMW and it was a pain and black is too boring!).
