I bought the C63 Black Series wing from you, I asked many times if it looks like the picture and you have confirmed it many times. Does Mode Carbon look the same? Your wing is no different from a Chinese counterfeit and I paid 3500 USD. After making a complaint, they assured that they would send brackets as they offer in the pictures and then stopped replying to the email. I advise against buying in Mode Carbon because their products do not look like the pictures.
I’m still waiting on my hood vents order placed on 7/21. The last emailed I received on 9/15 stating that the order is still being worked on. I had sent another email this week for a status update but have not heard back from you. Please response to the email let me know where we are.

We're in the same boat then. My last round of email inquiry (10/5/22) has not been answered, and their PM is not accepting anything. I'm slightly annoyed at the lack of communication, but will give a benefit of doubts and wait a bit longer before I push harder.
