Puhleeze, you're like a broken record Sam. You've been saying this for months now yet have continually failed to deliver on your promises - are you even conscious? On November 1st (see below) you made the same claim "...tracking will be sent to you this week" but nothing, no product, no explanation, no refund, not even a response. Worst customer service and deceptive business practices.

 

May you please provide us with an order number and I will provide you with updated tracking information

 

I emailed you a month ago after you claimed my order was finished and tracking # would be sent out that same week and gave you three options since you failed to deliver. 1) provide a real update on my order 2) actually deliver said order 3) if you can't provide 1 or 2 then cancel my order and refund my money. You CHOSE to do nothing and not respond at all. 3 strikes you're out.

 

I was hospitalized for health reasons

 

Are you still in the hospital? You've still failed to respond to my email or send tracking information. You take no accountability.

 

I was in the hospital for 21 days and we had 55 customers waiting for their orders.

 

@Mode Carbon from the accident over a year ago? Or you had recent health issues

 

The accident was a while ago and we got a lot of negative reviews while I was in the hospital as I had no communication.

And this summer I received medical attention to see whether or not the accident and/or medication had any side affects.

Do your homework before ordering from Mode Carbon - he has gone dark and has yet to respond or offer a refund.

 

After all the tens of comments from unsatisfied customers, I really can't understand why this guy is still a sponsor and allowed to post on this forum. Where are the moderators and what are they doing to solve this situation ?????????
