Wasn't a fan at first, but after seeing it at the Toronto Auto Show really changed my opinion. Front end and side profile is fire!! Still got a bone to pick with the rear tail lights though, too rounded and small looks really awkward to me.

Well I guess it's game over in your book then because it's not going to have that motor.
They wouldn't want to cannibalize the sales of the E63, CLS63, etc. by dropping the same power plant into the C-Class.And what's wrong with a 4.0L biturbo V8 that produces 500+ horsepower? If it's good enough for the new AMG GT, I'm sure it will be just fine in the W205.

I do understand what you correctly are saying, but tuning will be a short-list on a W205 C63, the Audi RS7 motor and BMW F10 M5 motor, will outclass a new 4.0L Biturbo AMG unit, unless AMG discovered new technology while building the 2.0L Biturbo motor for the A, CLA & GLA currently.
Time will tell, I truly am hoping for the very best.

The RS7 is a 4.0 biturbo and it's quite potent and has just as much tuning potential as the 5.5 biturbo. AMG has already said they're going to replace the 5.5tt with the 4.0tt in the more expensive models as well.
