Glad the situation got resolved, but reading this thread wouldn't it have been nice if HRE did the right thing in the first place and avoid the stress and hassle. many companies will respond when it becomes public but sad thats the only way to get resolution.

I was just impressed to see HRE actually post in the thread. Glad to know it's getting taken care of and props to HRE for actually making a presence. That speaks leaps and bounds for a company.

It's a learning experience for us. For all our perceived illustrious reputation in the public eye, we are still a small company that's currently going through some very difficult growing pains (this is not an excuse). With that said, we're not perfect and unfortunately mistakes can, and as seen, do happen, albeit with rarity.
