Anyone have the part numbers for the 507 grille and black DRL surrounds?

 

Decent walkaround of the Magno Platinum to get a good feel for this colour:

 

Looks like all the dark plastic areas on the car are NOT Carbon Fiber but rather just a black plastic...?

Side Mirrors, Spoiler, interior panels, etc...NO carbon fiber?

I actually think that "mustang-ish" sticker on the bottom of the car is very tacky...

 

It's somewhat comforting to hear that even a new 507 has the same embarrassing brake squeal when coming to a stop that my car has. I'm sure I've read that MB considers it "normal"?

 

I was going to say the same thing....how awful. But maybe it just needs to be broken in...

I only like the stripe on black and mango; I don't think it looks appropriate on white, steel grey or iridium silver. It may look decent on Mars Red. The titanium wheels is what I want to see. I only have the pdf. to reference for a decent idea of what they'll look like - still tough to tell.

Yes the black mirrors, spoiler and interior trim was a poor choice by AMG. I love the black ash that's available for the non-507 cars. Fortunately, there's a very strong aftermarket to take care of such trim issues we have (and I intend to use them). I've always hated the factory plastic diffuser - looks like the same quality as a camaro/mustang. So I'll spend the $2k to get all the factory trim to appropriate taste for such an otherwise magnificent vehicle.

Anyone knows if the AMG strip on a white sedan is glossy or Matt finish?

 

All "acceleration lines" are in matte grey.

Not my first choice in exterior differentiators either. But again, black and the Magno it looks fine. Red is gonna be tough to know until it's seen. I can photoshop it tomorrow just to give us a look. I personally predict it'll look good on a red car, and possibly the best because red is pretty aggressive anyway and naturally a brighter, but at the same time, darker color.

Mars red will probably look great, but probably a little over the top for my taste. Red cars don't seem to age that well either IMO. I think the white looks good, but I'm really keen to see an Iridium one and a Steel Grey one.

I know they are cheesy, but my inner child is going to secretly love those stripes!

Would be great to see the photoshop, any chance you could do a silver and a grey one as well?
