Mode Carbon Bootlid spoiler review with some pictures
I decided to pull the trigger on the Mode Carbon bootlid spoiler. Dealing with them was a breeze and correspondence was efficient and fast.
The spoiler came well packaged and it would take a natural disaster to damage the wing.
Fitment was a walk in the park and required three people to fit. Two to distance the wing perfectly on the sides of the boot and one to give the final push in the center. This we found was the easiest and glueing it on with the double sided 3m tape provided. Once the wing was on it was perfect fitment with no funny lines either at the top edge or the bottom edge of the spoiler. The weave of the carbon fibre is impeccable.

With the stock wing it just feels like the bumper sticks out too much from all angles. The Mode Carbon wing finishes it off perfectly. I had concerns that it was even too small but it turned out a perfect finish.

There is a problem with the front spoiler causing lift at high speeds (300km+). the angle of the lower section is out and lowering the nose half a inch will solve it so will bring the rear down half a inch and the front a inch if the space in the front arch will allow it. I also need to minimize suspension travel in the rear for maximum traction.

Hot potatoe!!
It's got the sound, the look and the juice to match it all up!!
What was the dyno result(sorry if i missed it) of your stage 3? Anything else added to it?
