Keep in mind op, LSD is not included with pp/p31 package. Its a seperate option. Aftermarket lsd's like wavetrac or quaife are actually marginally better lsd's than the oem lsd for a few hundred dollars less as well. Same deal with a tune. For $700 you can have oe tuning flash your car and your now not short of any hp whatsoever compared to a pp car. If you mod further youll need to buy a tune ANYWAY

Also I don't know what year your looking for but I'd get a 2012+ car, some may hate it but for me the MCT (and coupe body) is what sealed the deal.
