Looks awesome! I've seen this car in several pictures and it's hard to tell exactly the "darkness" of this finish. In some the wheel looks like a lighter matte gunmetal where here it looks like a much darker matte finish (I'm looking for darker but probably glossy or double brushed dark tinted).

Thanks for the additional pictures

Maybe you should sign up to be a sponsor before you pimp your wheels on our site. Id get hold of a moderator and find out how.

As much as I want to pull the trigger on the new HRE P1's, the asking price out the door with a pretty sweet hookup is still much higher than I would prefer to spend for wheels and tires. And, I'm not by any means trying to be cheap but others have states that HRE wheels seem to have increased in price recently.

I have yet to hear about the other vendors have issues with safety but I'm still scrubbing the internet to find reviews and such on the quality of other vendors. So far in this thread alone several people have vouched for Klassen wheels (as well as HRE's, of course) so I'm giving the M5R2's a hard look.

Ralph,

I am convinced you can't go wrong with any of these options for the most part. It will come down to your taste and determining your ultimate goal for your C63. We do our best to keep our line performance oriented. Here are a few different designs, feel free to PM or call us with any questions or to go over the options available for your car. Best luck in your search and we look forward to seeing the end result.

B/R,

They are pretty dark, I did not want to go black becuase black next to the factory CF made the CF look brownish, I decided to go with the dark matte gunmetal, I believe they can do a satin or gloss gunmetal as well, each finish will effect the "darkness" slighty because they all reflect light differently.

I plan on having a set made for my SLS BS as soon as I take delivery of the car next month as well as have them make a set for the CLK BS since I have not replaced the Dymags since they got stolen.
Can you tell me the specs on your wheel (size/offset) and tire size? I was looking at your rear wheels and it looks the most concave of any other wheel I've seen thus far. I'm wondering if that's what it'll look like on a sedan or if the offsets are different (I'm not familiar enough yet with the BS). Or are your rear fenders wider that allow for such a concave profile?

Yes black series C63 are a lot wider than normal c63 we can run 325 rear tires on them 20x12 even 20x12.5 . while regular c63 max we have done is 20x10.5 here is our black series so you can see difference. This has 325 back tires.
