question regarding option code 512

question regarding option code 512
i'm looking at a sheet of option codes which were associated with the vin on my car... next to code 512 it says COMAND Online with DVD-changer... is there a different code or description whether the car has navi or not?

in other words... is it possible to have the 512 option code but not have the navi system?
