Not my car but I'm happy how it turned out, the sound and the power gains are the plus in doing this and it was very cheap.
I'm sure goni is very happy since his beating down fbo n54 with meth and fbo e60 m5's .

In order to avoid cel when you have primary cats deleted need to get extensions on your sensors and you good to go no need for any kind of tune to keep the CEL off I will take a pics of my extensions once I go to the shop my (brother) did it for me he is auto mechanic!

Hi Guys.
Being kinda late to the club... but still hoping for some advice.
I have bought a catless straight piped C63 and I am wondering how to put it all back to a stock version?
Dont get me wrong, it sounds awesome, but im not 20 anymore and the extreme sound is not always desired... it also does stink as hell in the garage ( i literally have to run to safety by the time i reverse back and get out of the car )
Also, it just attracts too much unwanted attention even at 2000 rpm ...
Sorry, I know i sound like a spoilt individual, your advice is much welcome!

If you don’t need cats for Smog purposes, then x pipe where the secondary section joins from engine…install some resonators to quiet it down.
Option 2: Looks like your primary cats were gutted….maybe find a Used OE set of primary cats and put them back on. Quietest but still loud. I am using my OE cats into full free flow exhaust and it’s still loud but deep. No bad smells of course. I quieted it down by installing resonators.
Option 3: If you want to retain some loudness and power then 200 cell cats are ok too….armytrix has a complete front set to bolt up direct. It also has a secondary resonator bolt up set that can help. Yiu can purchase the 200 sport cats plus resonator kit and bolt up to your current rear mufflers.
hope this helps.

Thanks SROC. Think i am going to stick with the option two (yes, the cats have been cut out as well), so I will be putting the resonators back on as well. Looking at the Armytrix in Europe, it's probably more economical to get the parts from MB Dealership straight, ridiculous I know. Would getting the both primary and secondary CATS reduce the emissions back down stock levels? I could live with the noise until i find something available around

secondsry cat is just blank internally and doesn’t contribute much to emissions just sound.
primary cats are your solution.
