I dont know if that is the same car that was at carmax in charlotte for a while, if it is it has been wrecked even though the car fax was clean. I went to look at the one that was in charlotte and I have a paint meter like the ones that dealers use the front end was painted with a sub par paint job.
Hopefully its not the same car, the one I looked at had 36-38K? miles was an 09 with the performance package.

I'd encourage you not to announce your price point on the Internet before you buy something.
Also not a great idea to tell other potential buyers about a car you have found, someone might get in before you...

Bardman, thanks for the advice, but it's probably too late for that, unfortunately. At the dealer they have it as sale pending for me, as I live a couple hours away so I won't be able to pick it up until next week, so I think that I am good though.

I wonder if this is the one I test drove. If it is, you don't even want to know what I did to that car during the test drive. There was so much tire smoke, I had to ride with the windows down for a while to get the smell out. After about 50 donuts, and after several high speed runs the engine started making some bad knocking sounds so I took it back. The steering wheel was nice though.... By the way, I'm just messin with ya. I didn't drive it.

besides the P30.. it has that nice interior colour too.. and its pretty darn loaded.
