Assuming you can replace bulbs by not removing the whole asembly, remove whatever bulb gives access to the bug and take a shop vac and a foot or so of the clear vinyl tubing you can buy at Home Depot or just about anywhere of a size that the bug can fit through. Stick the tube in the crevice tool and wrap your hand around the end of the crevice tool so you get a good enough seal to get suction, and stick the other end of the tube in the light. That soft tubing won't scratch anything in the light.

It's a bug inside a tail light. Take the inside access panel off, remove a couple screws to get the tail light out, shake out bug, reverse process to reinstall.

Just leave it to R.I.P. Look at all these suggestions to exhume a hardcore AMG enthusiastic critter who chose an AMG to be its final resting place. Your AMG, in this case.
What about filling the housing with water for it to float to the top before sucking everything out with wet shop vac? Then stuff a pack of Damp-Rid overnight to remove all the moisture.

I had a bug in my cluster for the longest time until I got the guts to take the cluster out and disassemble the front glass to remove the bug. I think you should just remove the light housing and shake the bug out. It should be relatively simple to do since people are retrofitting the facelift rear tails on the w204s nowadays.
