Ok... So it's not that noticeable, but now I know it's there.

Any suggestions?

You can remove the bulb assembly panel and then hold a high-power shop vac or similar to the hole. If that doesn't work- you could try a wire hanger with some duct tape wrapped around the end. I had to use this method when a spider got fried in my headlight assembly on my old car. Just use caution not to scratch the inside of the lens.

This is fraught with risk. While trying to correct a very minor problem, you could cause a more significant one.

make sure you get some good pictures before the poor fellow is removed! and give him a good burial!....or indeed shove him on the bbq, tasty with ketchup apparently! I sense a crunch of satisfaction coming¬

This is fraught with risk... maybe I'll keep him.

If I do, he needs a name... hmmmm...

i have never removed the bulb holder, but from looking at pics in the burned tail light connector thread, it appears you can remove the bulb holder and definitely figure out a way to get at that dude. question is - how did a bug that big get in there?

Lol that bug. Maybe take it to the dealership and if you know your service adviser well, ask for them to remove it as a courtesy.

Its simple, you just need to get a lizard in there - should eat it in no time.

I guess it's not THAT unique

I would not be able to rest until that thing is out, even if no one else knew or could see.
